For the love of books...
So I went to the book store last night and got me a book (imagine that ) anyway the book store was full of high school kids.. acting like huge asses .. just being stupid .. The girls were hangin’ on the boys and the boys were acting all tough and cool ( um you are in a book store people not a bar) Imaging this .. here is sit in the book store trying to make a decision on what book to purchase and this is what I hear… “ Oh my god, did you see what she was wearing today? ” and “You look so skinny, ” No I am fat and bloated.. Aunt flow ya know” DEAR GOD !!! ..I tried to think back to when I was in high school and seriously wondered if I was that annoying ....I probably was.. No wonder I pissed all of the grown up’s ... Geez I know that I am not an old bitty however I wanted to get out of the book store as fast as I could.. before I started yelling at these poor souls about proper book store manners and where the hell are your parents? and why are you all acting like monkeys? Don’t you all have somewhere ELSE to be? Why are you taking so loud? Do high school kids have bad hearing ? And shut the hell up !! People are trying to relax here and we don’t want to hear your stupid asses !
So I guess that from now on I will be shopping on-line for my books… Because high school kids, me and book stores are a bad combo.
